Pebs is made by Nox, a product of Xhealth, Inc. Nox built GHI-1, its agent model, to plan and complete multi-step work. Pebs is the personal AI agent experience on top of GHI-1: two characters, Miso and Orbit, a task view, a live Cloud Browser and approval cards. Pebs lives inside the Nox account.

Why characters
An agent that works for minutes at a time needs a presence you can read at a glance: thinking, waiting for you, done. Miso and Orbit give that presence a face. They are companions in the sense that they are pleasant to have around, but the product category is a personal AI agent, and the work it does is real.
Principles
- Deliverables, not status updates. Every step returns something you can use.
- You can always see and always step in. Live view, takeover, hand-back.
- Secrets never pass through the model. Secure cards go straight into the browser.
- Confirm first. Nothing is sent, bought or submitted without your explicit approval.
- Honest limits. Steps have budgets and stop cleanly instead of pretending.
- Not a doctor. Nox's safety system, Leo, runs on its strictest setting in every Pebs task.
